Aunt Gussie's products are Kosher certified under STAR K dairy/parve, one of the world's leaders in Kashruth excellence, STAR-K Kosher. The STAR-K logo on Aunt Gussie's packaging means that all our products and their ingredients meet STAR-K's high standards of Kashruth. Kosher consumers can buy Aunt Gussie's Cookies & Crackers products with confidence.
Separate baking facitilies and equipment are used for the dairy and the pareve products in order to ensure that Aunt Gussie's Cookies & Crackers are not only fresh and healthy, but also 'proper' according to kosher standards. Aunt Gussie's Cookies & Crackers are also pas yisroel.
The parve (pareve) designation indicates that no derivatives of meat or dairy were used; these products can be eaten in conjunction with any type of meal -- either meat or dairy, making them popular with vegetarians and lactose intolerant individuals.
GFCO Certification
Aunt Gussie's Dedicated Gluten Free Facility is certified by GFCO.
In order to assure that our Gluten Free Products are free of wheat particles, or other gluten cross-contaminants, we have dedicated a stand-alone facility exclusively for our line of Gluten Free baked goods.
In 2009, Aunt Gussie's received certification by GFCO, and it has been our commitment to our
gluten-free consumers, that we comply and excell strict gluten free standards, in addition to those set by our Kosher certification.
