Shipping Information

OUR STANDARD SHIPPING METHODS ARE FEDEX GROUND & USPS, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED. 

 

Aunt Gussie's is located in Garfield, NJ. All orders are shipped from this location via FEDEX Ground or thru the USPS. If you need different shipping options including Three-Day, 2nd Day Air, Overnight or International delivery, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.422.6654 or 973.340.4480. Our Shipping charges apply only to the 48 continuous states, for other locations customer will be charged carrier's current charges.

Allow up to 7 business days for delivery. During high volume seasons and severe weather months, please allow 3 additional days, since these factors may affect delivery schedules.

 

Orders shipped to a PO Box, will be shipped via USPS; for final delivery, transit time may take longer. To ensure delivery, please be certain to include customer's/company's name, suite and apartment numbers where appropriate. Unless you specify that a signature is required, the package will be left at the driver’s discretion.

Returns

Following food safety regulations, we cannot accept returned product; however, if we make a mistake in the shipment or send you imperfect product, we will replace your order or refund your money. 

We take great care in handling and packing our products, but once they leave our bakery it's very difficult to control their handling; regrettably, some breakage is to be expected. If you receive broken product that you believe is excessive; please let us know and we'll refund your money or replace the product.

We ask you to keep broken product and packaging materials until Fedex contacts you, once the claim is submitted you may dispose of the damaged product.

Aunt Gussie's does not charge sales tax on online transactions. If you live in a state that imposes a tax on groceries, it is your responsibility to declare those online purchases on your tax returns.  Seek advice from a tax expert if you have more questions about this.
